What we collect

When you order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address and (optionally) email. We also keep basic technical logs (IP address, browser) to prevent fraud.

How we use it

Only to process and deliver your order, contact you about it (call, SMS, email), and improve our service. We share your name, phone and address with our delivery partner (e.g. Pathao, Sundarban Courier) solely for delivery.

Payments

Online payments are processed by bKash (and other licensed gateways if enabled). We never see or store your PIN or card details.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to remember your language and keep your session. Your cart is stored in your own browser.

Your rights

You may ask us to view, correct or delete your personal data at any time by messaging our Facebook page or emailing us.
